To secure a pre-order, customers must pay a non-refundable deposit.
However, there is a 24-hour grace period during which customers may request a full refund of their deposit without any additional charges.

After this grace period, should the customer decide to pay the full amount, a 25% administrative fee will be applied.
If the customer chooses to pay only the deposit, it will be retained as an administrative fee.

Once the product is ready, we will send an invoice via PayPal or credit card for the remaining balance.

The final payment must be completed within 7 days of the invoice date.
If payment is not received within this timeframe, the deposit will be forfeited, and the order will be canceled.

This prop is divided into two main parts: the arm and the hand. Please note that the arm portion is a standard size, ideally suited for upper arm circumferences ranging from 37 to 42 cm. The prop is made from a soft, flexible material that allows for some stretch. If your measurements are slightly above or below this range by one or two centimeters, you may still consider using it due to its elasticity. For the hand part, please provide your hand measurements after placing your order, and we will custom-make a glove that fits you perfectly. For detailed sizing, please refer to the images provided in the product listing. Measurements should be given in centimeters.
