- Upon order receipt, we will send a confirmation email containing order details, pricing, and follow-up information.
- The confirmation applies only to listed items and does not guarantee acceptance of all items in your order. Additional items, if confirmed, will receive separate emails.
- Product availability depends on supplier updates and is not guaranteed. If items cannot be supplied due to manufacturer or supplier issues, deposits will be refunded.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders with incorrect pricing or information caused by typographical errors or supplier miscommunication. Payments for such orders will be fully refunded.
- Delays in product release are possible. Final release dates are determined by the manufacturer or official announcements.
2.2 Deposit and Payment
- Pre-orders require a non-refundable deposit.
- Once the item is ready, an invoice for the remaining balance will be sent and must be paid within 14 days. Failure to pay will result in forfeiture of the deposit and order cancellation.
- Deposits remain non-refundable, including in cases of release delays.
2.3 Shipping Fees
- For fully paid pre-orders, shipping fees are included at checkout. Items will ship directly upon release without additional charges unless dimensions or weight are unavailable beforehand. If so, shipping fees will be assessed after release.
- For deposit-based pre-orders, shipping fees will be charged with the final balance. Estimated fees are for reference only and may change.
- Some items may lack shipping fee estimates due to unavailable packaging details before release. We will provide cost-effective shipping options once the product is ready.
2.4 Important Notes
- Pre-orders and in-stock items must be purchased in separate transactions. Combined orders will not be accepted.
- Estimated release dates are provided but may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Pre-order images often show prototypes, and final products may differ in design or color.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 Prices shown on the website are updated regularly; however, the final price is confirmed once the order is accepted.
3.2 Payments are accepted via PayPal and Stripe only. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the order total. Ownership of items transfers to you only after full payment is received.
3.3 Payments are processed by third-party providers. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept their terms. StarCine Collectible is not liable for losses incurred during payment transactions.
4. Shipping Services
4.1 All orders are shipped using services like DHL, Hong Kong Post, or FedEx. Customers agree to the terms of the chosen courier and authorize them to handle shipments.
4.2 StarCine Collectible is not responsible for courier actions, errors, or delays. Shipping risks and responsibilities lie with the customer.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 StarCine Collectible provides after-sales support for most products. However, some items no longer covered by the manufacturer will be clearly labeled as not eligible for after-sales service.
5.2 Packaging may sustain minor dents or imperfections during transit, which is considered normal. StarCine Collectible does not accept returns or refunds for such aesthetic issues.
5.3 Refunds are only available if items cannot be supplied due to manufacturing or supplier problems.
5.4 Missing or damaged parts must be reported within 7 days of the product release. Requests submitted after this period may be denied.
5.5 Items returned or replaced must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and in original condition.
- Include all components, accessories, manuals, certificates, tags, and packaging.
- Packaging must remain in the same condition as delivered.
5.6 Replacements are subject to stock availability.
6. User Conduct
6.1 Users must not:
- Engage in illegal or fraudulent activities.
- Harass, threaten, or infringe on the rights of others.
- Disrupt website functionality or upload harmful content, such as viruses or malware.
- Reverse-engineer or modify website code.
