Customers must pay a non-refundable deposit to confirm a pre-order.
However, there is a 24-hour cooling-off period during which customers can request a full refund of the deposit with no additional fees.

When the item is ready, we will send a PayPal or credit card invoice for the remaining balance.

The final payment must be made within 14 days of the invoice date.
If not paid on time, the deposit will be forfeited, and the order canceled.

If the customer has paid the full amount upfront and requests a refund, a 20% processing fee will be deducted.

The deposit remains non-refundable after the 24-hour cooling-off period, even if the release is delayed.
