StarCine Collectible Pre-Order Terms and Conditions

At StarCine Collectible, we strive to make the pre-order process clear and straightforward. Please carefully read the following terms and conditions regarding pre-orders, deposits, shipping fees, and other important details:

Pre-Order Deposit and Payment Policy

  • To confirm a pre-order, customers are required to pay a non-refundable deposit.
  • Once the item is ready for release, we will send a PayPal or credit card invoice for the remaining balance.
  • The final payment must be settled within 14 days from the date the invoice is sent. If the balance is not paid within this timeframe, the deposit will be forfeited, and the order will be canceled.
  • The pre-order deposit is strictly non-refundable, even in the event of delays in the release schedule.

Shipping Fee Guidelines

For Full Payment Pre-Orders:

  • When customers pay in full at checkout, the shipping fee will be included in the total payment. Once the item is released, it will be shipped directly to the customer without requiring any additional payment.
  • Please note: Some products may not include estimated dimensions (length, width, height) or weight due to unavailable supplier information prior to release. In such cases, shipping fees will be charged after the product is ready to ship. If this applies, we will notify customers on the pre-order product page.

For Deposit-Based Pre-Orders:

  • If the deposit payment option is selected, the shipping fee will be charged when the final balance is invoiced.
  • Customers can view an estimated shipping fee on the pre-order product page. However, please note that this is for reference only and may not reflect the final shipping cost.
  • Pre-order periods generally range from 3 months to 1 year, and shipping fees may vary during this time.

Products Without Estimated Shipping Fees:

  • For certain items, we may be unable to provide an estimated shipping cost due to unavailable supplier information regarding the packaging weight or dimensions prior to release.
  • In such cases, we will strive to offer the most cost-effective shipping options once the product is ready to ship.

Important Reminder

  • To ensure smooth processing, pre-order items and in-stock items must be placed in separate transactions. Orders combining pre-order and in-stock items in the same cart will not be accepted.

  • The estimated release period for pre-order items will be clearly stated on the product listing. However, please understand that delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • Pre-order product images are typically of prototypes and may differ from the final product in terms of color, design, and appearance.
