All the Hot Toys products we sell are 100% genuine and authentic.
However, the products we offer are Hong Kong official versions, which do not include the original brown shipping box.

If you purchase the item in brand-new and unopened condition, it will be delivered as such.
Please note that deciding to return the product solely because it does not include the brown shipping box does not comply with our return policy.

Additionally, for certain special edition products, the color of the sticker on the box will be sent randomly.
