It was fine when we first got it but then it started acting up. Long story short I bought brand new batteries Energizer and Duracell. You would think all batteries are created equal but not this time. The Energizer's didn't hardly work at all but the Duracell was fine. My only complaint is the company should have know the hand requires certain batteries. Other than that it is as cool as it looks. Thanks
