To secure a pre-order, customers must pay a non-refundable deposit.
However, there is a 24-hour grace period during which customers may request a full refund of their deposit without any additional charges.

After this grace period, should the customer decide to pay the full amount, a 25% administrative fee will be applied.
If the customer chooses to pay only the deposit, it will be retained as an administrative fee.

Once the product is ready, we will send an invoice via PayPal or credit card for the remaining balance.

The final payment must be completed within 7 days of the invoice date.
If payment is not received within this timeframe, the deposit will be forfeited, and the order will be canceled.

2. Can this helmet be customized to fit my head size?
Yes, it can. Please provide your head circumference measurement when placing your order. If no size is provided, we will send you a standard version suitable for head sizes between 58cm and 62cm.

3. Can I see clearly outside while wearing the helmet?
Yes, the helmet is designed to ensure clear visibility while wearing it.

4. How do I put on the helmet?
The helmet consists of two parts. The back portion is connected with strong magnets. Simply remove the back cover, put the helmet on, and reattach the back cover to secure it.
