A: If you are ordering cosplay costumes or custom-made masks, we will not provide any after-sales service or accept returns due to sizing issues unless there are defects upon delivery.

To secure a pre-order, customers must pay a non-refundable deposit.
However, there is a 24-hour grace period during which customers may request a full refund of their deposit without any additional charges.

After this grace period, should the customer decide to pay the full amount, a 25% administrative fee will be applied.
If the customer chooses to pay only the deposit, it will be retained as an administrative fee.

Once the product is ready, we will send an invoice via PayPal or credit card for the remaining balance.

The final payment must be completed within 7 days of the invoice date.
If payment is not received within this timeframe, the deposit will be forfeited, and the order will be canceled.
